The company was derived from Alliance Traffic Systems, a company that began operating in 2008 with the head quarter in Abu Dhabi, UAE providing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Traffic Management System and toll solutions to address domestic needs.

PUBLIC WARNING SYSTEM (PWS)


Public warning System (PWS) Project has been initiated by National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) and deployed by Abu Dhabi Police in the Abu Dhabi Emirate. Abu Dhabi Police, Alliance as a main contractor and Hytera have joined forces and created the system to allow live and pre-recorded centralised Government public announcements and warnings to be made through the Mosques speakers’ system, individually and geographically grouped with communication over the existing AD Police TETRA secure radio network.

PWS can operate standalone but its use is also to service announcement and warnings issued by separate, existing, Government and AD Police Crisis Management Systems (CMS) via Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) interfaces.

FACE RECOGNITION SYSTEM


Is desiged for detecting and notifying about suspicios individuals, offenders and potentially dangerous people at the entrance of the crowded objects. Indetification proceess is based on analysis of the data received from cameras installed on checkpoints. Video cameras regisrer all people entering the object in real-time mode. All faces detected in a stream will be further compared to samples of faces (hereinafter, targer people) that were previously downloaded to the data base using the work station.

Fully customized Hybrid Power Shelters for Abu Dhabi Police which consist of photovoltaic panels, batteries and a diesel generator. The batteries are kept separately from the generator and both are placed inside a thermally insulated shelter. Due to the presence of both solar photovoltaic system and a diesel generator, in case of lack of solar and electrochemical energy the generator turns on automatically in order to supply the load and charge the batteries.
